This update includes the ability to right click on any document issue and upload the primary zip file to drop box automatically creating a new email in the outgoing register for the project allowing you to notify those in the document issue distribution of its presence, this negates the requirement to email large (by some email standards) files and only uploads one copy to the cloud with an email link sent to the distribution to download.

Certain admin functions must be completed initially for this function to operate, first each company must have a Drop Box account, secondly an access token (unique to every company) must be generated via drop box and entered within the global settings of Solution_Outlook, creation of this access token can be generated with guidance from the following

THE LATEST UPDATES HAVE ENABLED THE SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED FOR ALL USERS ON A PC, THIS SHOULD ALLOW ANYONE TO LOGON AND RECEIVE THE SOFTWARE & NO LONGER REQUIRE INSTALLATION PER USER.
