myFiles is used to host a number of documents that you have been working with. 

This can be adding drawings from the drawing register, documents from the document register, PDF files from other documents that you have created and any other selected files, there is a local setting to add all files created automatically to myFiles.

In this way you can access documents and e-mail them without having to know their full path and filename.
